literature reproduction
the capital library of china offer literature reproduction service, including copying, printing and scanning. reproduction devices are placed in the library for reproduction services, fees are charged based on the fees list of the capital library of china
1 the reproduction of the literature is divided into copying, printing and scanning.

3 devices for literature reproduction are place on the third, the eighth and the ninth floor.
4 the reproduction of the literature can be done by self-service or by staff members, fees will be charged according to the fees list of the capital library of china.
5 the application for self-service reproduction can be done in the service counters on the third, the eighth and the ninth floor.
6 if self-service printing is needed, please follow the steps:
(1) apply for the self-service scanning and printing card in the general service counter.
(2) when logging in, have all the documents for printing ready in the first place according to the normal printing procedures.
(3) after logging out, readers can finish the printing in any self-service reproduction device with the self-service scanning and printing card. the fees for printing are deducted in the card.
(4) cancel the self-service scanning and printing card in the general service counter.
7 if readers need to download the file after self-service scanning, the readers should go to the fourth floor for application.
8 if external devices are needed for downloading files, the readers should go to the fourth floor for application and use the assigned computer for it.
9 please familiarize yourself with the instructions of the facilities before reproducing the literature. any economic loss due to the mis-operation of the machines should be undertaken by the reader himself or herself.
10 it is recommended that the self-service copy card be cancelled by the user after use.
11 after being reproduced, the literature should be returned to the floor rather than the book shelf.
12 the reproduction of the literature is only for academic purposes, no reproduction, publication, sales are allowed for the benefits of the author. any legal responsibilities caused by the failure to conform to the regulations should be carried out by the user himself or herself.
13 please take care of the facilities, any damages will be compensated.
14 should any problems of the copying machines occur, please notify the staff members for the benefits of the user.
